Last fall I purchased a Lenovo ThinkPad E16. This week, I experienced an issue with network connectivity. My first step was to reach out to Lenovo Premier Support. With a network issue, that was limited assistance that they could provide remotely. Next step... send the ThinkPad to them. Looking for an option closer to my location, they directed me to Commquest so that I could take the device locally and receive support from an authorized Lenovo service provider. From the initial phone call to successfully fixing my issue, I could not be more pleased. I called on an afternoon, the next morning their technical specialist (Giles) was starting to identify the source of the problem and put together a thoughtful and thorough approach to resolve the problem that would also include protecting my files and data. At every step of the process they were customer focused and intent on providing excellent support and service. Having been an IBM Services executive responsible for large outsourcing contracts, I was impressed by the Commquest team. Should another issue arise, they will be who I will contact. Thank you!
